Tuition & Payment Policies

​

Forms of Payment Through the Jackrabbit Portal:

• Credit Card (3% Convenience Fee)

• ACH bank payments

• Cash/Check

*All active families are required to maintain a valid payment method on file.

 

Tuition is posted to Parent Portal accounts on the 10th of each month and is automatically processed on the 15th of each month using the payment method on file (credit card or ACH.)

 

Families who prefer to pay by cash or check may do so between the 10th and the 15th of each month. Checks must be received by the studio before the automatic payment is processed on the evening of the 15th to avoid being auto-debited.

 

A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments processed through AutoPay. ACH, cash or check payments are not subject to this fee. 
 

If an automatic tuition payment is declined, a $40 late fee will be posted to the account on the 16th of the month. Families will receive a notification of the declined payment, as well as a phone call and a letter will be sent home with their dancer. The declined tuition balance will remain on the account and will be automatically attempted every week. If tuition is not received within two weeks the dancer will not be permitted to attend class until the balance is paid. Families are responsible for updating any expired or invalid payment information promptly through the Parent Portal.

 

There is no prorated tuition for missed classes, holidays, studio closures, or scheduled breaks.

 

Tuition is non-refundable.

 

Class Cancellations

 

Dancers wishing to discontinue classes must submit a Drop Request through the Parent Portal no later than the 5th day of the month prior to the month they wish to discontinue classes. Requests submitted after the 5th will become effective at the end of the following month, and tuition for the upcoming month will still be due. Please note that the 30-day cancellation date displayed in the Parent Portal is generated by the system and does not override the studio's withdrawal policy.

 

Returned Checks

 

Returned checks are subject to a $40 returned check fee, plus any applicable bank fees incurred by the studio.
