Mary Watson is a seasoned studio administrator with over a decade of experience supporting dance organizations through operations, communications, and youth programming. Her journey in the dance world began with a deep commitment to both creative expression and organizational excellence.

 

She has held key administrative roles at multiple studios, including overseeing troupe coordination, managing enrollment systems, and leading customer service initiatives.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Mary has taught kids’ hip hop classes for over three years, blending her love of movement with mentorship. She continues to train and perform as a member of Culture Shock San Diego’s Aftashock Dance Team, where she remains active in the San Diego Hip Hop and Street Dance community.

Mary is passionate about creating welcoming, efficient studio environments that allow dancers and families to thrive. Her goal is to support Inspired Movement Dance with clarity, care, and a deep respect for the transformative power of dance.
