Class Cancellation Policy:

  • Students deciding not to continue with a class or session MUST notify the office by filling out a cancellation form. Parents will be required to fill out a cancellation form which MUST be received by us no later than the 5th day of the month prior to the month you want to cancel class, thereby releasing the parent from further tuition obligations.  Parents will be responsible for the balance of tuition, if any, when discontinuing services.

  • NO exceptions will be made. If you turn in the cancellation form after the 5th of the month, you will be required to pay tuition for the upcoming month. The following month classes will be discontinued.

  • Summer Camps & Intensives: Summer Camp, Intensive & Classes require a 50% deposit due day of registering - to secure dancers spot. Inspired Movement may be able to pro-rate fees for camps or intensives, please inquire before signing up. If a dancer needs to cancel from a camp or intensive up until the week prior to the event, they will be offered a 50% refund. Dancers canceling during the week of the event will not be given a refund.

  • I understand that Inspired Movement adheres to a strict tardiness policy.  Out of respect for other students and to avoid disruption of the class, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to participate in class.

  • If you are running late please call the studio, so the office can notify the teacher
