LeeAnna Hauser was born and raised in North County. She started dancing at the age of three at Rhodes Dance Studio. She continued to dance at the now, Dance FX, until she graduated high school. She competed at many competitions and loved to be on stage. She now teaches several classes at the studio there as well. Through her studio, she has had the opportunity to dance alongside Heather Dale Wentworth with her Opus Mixtus Dance Company. LeeAnna also works for Charlene’s Dance and Cheer. There, she is able to attend elementary schools all throughout San Diego and teach all different styles of classes for after school programs. She loves to be at schools learning with the children.
She graduated at Cal State San Marcos with a BA in Liberal Studies. She plans to eventually get her Masters Degree in Administration. LeeAnna has been trained in many dance styles including tap, ballet, hip hop, jazz, lyrical and clogging. She plans to continue to teach and spread her love for dance with everyone. LeeAnna also coached the Junior Varsity Dance Team at Mission Hills High School for 3 years and assisted the varsity dance team who attended the National Dance Team Championship in Orlando, Florida 3 years in a row. She also received a teaching job at the Universal Dance Association (UDA) based in Memphis, Tennessee. She gets the opportunity to travel the country and teach at high school dance camps. Additionally, she is a member of the Pad Squad for the San Diego Padres. She is a brand ambassador for the team as she displays her love of baseball and crowd interaction to all the fans. LeeAnna enjoys pursing her dreams and sharing her passion of dance with dancers of all ages.
